iii.      To increase public awareness regarding sexual assault issues and the resources available:  Amanda is working on a traveling clothesline project for display during the months of March and April. Survivors will make t-shirts to display on a clothesline that will travel with Amanda to bring awareness to sexual assault. If you have a client interested in making a t-shirt for display, please contact Amanda. Contact Amanda if you would like the display at your agency. Nancy would like Amanda to meet with the OH group at their last meeting to discuss this project.
iv.      To have onsite staff from a Rape Crisis Center or a Sexual Assault Expert at Disability Organizations:  Amanda has reached out to many agencies to offer her on-site services, but has not had much of a response. She will continue these efforts.
                                                            v.      To conduct sexual assault training for women with disabilities: Starting January 17, Amanda and Dawn will provide a 10 week program for women on sexual safety at OH. Sessions will be every Tuesday from 2:30 – 3:30. Nancy contacted the Sycamore HS 18-21 program and has one who will attend these sessions. Nancy will contact the same program at DHS to inquire as well.
vi.      Conduct fundraising activities: Amanda confirmed that the Women’s Resource Center is doing the Rock Against Rape Concert. Amanda asked group what their thoughts were as to COMPASS having a similar one. Group agreed to table further discussion until later in the year.
    1. Mission/Vision/Logo Statement Finalization: Diana spoke with RAMP about sending a representative to these meetings. They are undergoing staff changes, so it is under consideration. Diana also spoke with FSA to see if they would like to be in the brochure. Group discussed whether RAMP should continue to be in the brochure if they do not send a representative.
